About Us
Proudly serving Whitpain Township for more than 100 years, Centre Square Fire Company was founded in 1913 with 35 charter members with an intent to protect lives and property. In 1954, the fire company moved to a new location on Skippack Pike and most recently in 2017, the fire company moved to its current, more efficient location.
Today, more than 70 volunteers, and three career firefighting professionals, provide 24/7 emergency response to protect those who live, work and visit Whitpain Township. The station has a fun and positive atmosphere, and Centre Square’s highly-trained firefighters respond to every call with professionalism.
